We can provide a low-fuss budget-friendly function whether it be for a corporate or social event.
The Mount Gambier RSL Bowling Club can tailor to your needs. We can provide bar tabs or guests can pay for their own drinks, an option for in house catering or provide your own, BBQ or sit down meals.
Club Facilities
The Club has excellent facilities for hire for Christmas, Birthdays, Engagements, Quiz/Bingo nights, community events etc. and for Corporate functions. The Clubroom is fully air-conditioned and heated.
There is seating up to 200 persons with ample room. The club room can be separated into smaller areas with room dividers.
We have a good-sized well-equipped kitchen, outside bbq, and a well-stocked bar.
There is ample car parking.
Club Room Hire
Cost $150.00 (Includes GST)
You are required to pay a $200.00 Bond 2 weeks prior to the venue hire. The Bond is refundable when the club rooms have been restored to how you found them. This must be done before you leave.
Bar and Drinks
You will have the full service from the Bar at club rates. We stock a good range of drinks e.g. beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, etc.
Catering
Competitive price on application.
Using the Greens
The greens are available for hire (weather permitting) and we are able to provide a selection of bowls for the use by guests at $8.00 per person.
Some informal coaching can be provided.
All players must wear flat sole shoes or bare feet so there is minimal wear to the greens. Please inform all guests attending.
NO FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITTED ON THE GREENS
If the overhead lights are in use, they will have to be turned off at 10.00pm.
